This week, NPGA gave a presentation during a liquid pipelines webinar that was hosted by the National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO) and attended by state energy offices from across the country.
During the presentation, NPGA staff provided an overview of propane’s supply infrastructure, distribution networks, and storage assets. Attendees learned more about how propane is produced, transported, and ultimately used to power a host of vital end-use applications. They were also educated on the many ways in which propane promotes energy security and resilience, and acts as a fuel of first resort during natural disasters, such as hurricanes.
NASEO is the national association that represents the governor-designated energy official from every U.S. state and territory. To learn more about propane’s supply infrastructure and distribution networks, visits the Supply and Logistics section on NPGA’s website.
