Education is the Ultimate Investment for the Future
The National Propane Gas Foundation (NPGF) Scholarship Fund was established in 1993 by a committed group of energized volunteers. Its purpose is to foster educational opportunities for the children of National Propane Gas Association (NPGA) or state association member companies along with PERC employee children by offering scholarships to colleges or vocational/technical/trade schools. The fund provides nonrenewable scholarships in the amounts of $1,000 and $2,000. Scholarships are funded from the Scholarship Fund endowment earmarked for that purpose and managed by NPGF.
Continuing in the 2021/2022 academic year, NPGF is again offering $1,000 technical, trade or vocational school scholarships some are solely for applicants pursuing “propane-related” occupations: Commercial Truck Driver, Electrician, Gas Fitter, HVAC Technician, Pipe Fitter or Plumber.
