Representative Mike Thompson Visits AmeriGas

AmeriGas hosted Congressman Mike Thompson (CA-4) at their Cotati, CA, location on January 20, 2023. Joe Connell, Territory Manager for AmeriGas, welcomed the Congressman and his staff and gave them a tour of the facility. The visit was an excellent opportunity to provide the Congressman with first-hand experience to learn more about the industry’s operations and the value it delivers to his community. Rep. Thompson is a senior Member of the House Committee on Ways and Means. NPGA has worked with the Congressman for several years to advocate for a long-term extension of the Alternative Fuel Tax Credit. This visit helps NPGA’s advocacy team strengthen their relationship with Rep. Thompson and the Ways and Means Committee.
