Bottom Line: Balance of power in Congress remains unknown. While Republicans are likely to take control of the U.S. House of Representatives, high-profile Senate races in Nevada, Georgia, and Arizona continue to be tallied. Final results will not be known for days, or in the case of Georgia, weeks, due to mail-in ballots, recounts, and runoffs. NPGA will start reaching out to the large class of new incoming members of Congress in the coming weeks to provide an understanding of the propane industry and its impact on their districts.
To learn more about the election’s outcomes, join us next Wednesday, November 16, 2022, as we provide an overview of the results and what a new Republican majority in the House of Representatives may mean for our industry. A recording of the event will be available on the Member Dashboard for those who aren’t able to attend. Click HERE to register for this event.
