OSHA is a federal agency charged to regulate the conditions, rights, dispute and resolution processes for working environments across the United States. OSHA regulations cover the handling, training, and communication system for hazardous materials, like propane. Often, OSHA regulations overlap with the U.S. Department of Transportation, which almost always preempts the OSHA regulations.
