We need your help!
OSHA’s Cranes and Derricks in Construction rule unfairly burdens the propane industry without reason, requiring unnecessary and expensive third-party certification every five years for employees using a truck-mounted crane to deliver propane tanks. This certification will cost the industry an estimated $151 million every five years.
Thanks to the thousands of letters you have sent to your U.S. Representatives and Senators over the past few months, NPGA has made significant progress in convincing Members of Congress that OSHA’s decisions should be reconsidered, but now, it’s time to reach The White House. With the compliance deadline coming up in November, let’s tell The White House how much this rule impacts our industry so they will intervene with OSHA on our industry’s behalf.
