To showcase propane among America’s clean, alternative energy sources, NPGA is a sponsor of National Clean Energy Week. NPGA is organizing events across the country to demonstrate the possibilities of propane. National Clean Energy Week engages policymakers, administrative officials, thought leaders, academics, and technology developers, culminating in a week of advocacy activities September 23 – 27, 2019. Last year, over 100 organizations and companies, offering a litany of energy solutions, participated in National Clean Energy Week events and the symposium in Washington, D.C.
Promoting propane as a solution to emission goals and energy needs is a top priority for NPGA. It’s crucial that propane is recognized as a clean, eco-friendly fuel. Propane must be accepted as a solution in the carbon debate, not a cause. When policymakers talk about low-carbon energy sources, we want them to think of propane.
NPGA is identifying propane operations and innovation to include in the series of nationwide events that lead up to National Clean Energy Week. Please share your recommendations or suggestions with NPGA by contacting Sarah Reboli, Deputy Counsel, Regulatory Affairs.
