Mark your calendars for June 27 from 3:30 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. EDT — the first Young Professionals Council (YPC) educational session. YPC is excited to welcome Ben Hippeli as the speaker for this educational opportunity. Ben will discuss “Executive Presence,” a quality that 67% of senior executives prioritize when assessing employees. To build your executive presence, you need to develop core ingredients that will stand the test of time and geographical location including leadership, effective communication, trust-building, and true competency. Honing “Executive Presence,” be it at a large corporation or a family-owned business, can help young professionals in the propane industry invest in their own professional development and develop the skills to become the next generation of leaders in the propane industry.
Ben Hippeli is the CEO of Benchmark Training, Professor of Professional Selling at University of North Florida, and faculty advisor for the Osprey Sales Club. As a four-time successful entrepreneur, an executive leader in a national nonprofit, and as an executive coach, Ben has seen and felt the challenges of running a small business and a large organization. His nearly 30 years of professional experience helps translate textbook theories into real-world best practices.
The educational session will be held next week on June 27 from 3:30 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. EDT and is for YPC members only. A save the date and meeting link will be sent to YPC members ahead of the meeting.
Is your company interested in sponsoring a future educational session for YPC? Opportunities are available. For more information about sponsoring the session on the 27th or upcoming sessions, please contact NPGA’s Manager of State Government Affairs, Austin Wicker.
