The Transportation Division of the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail, and Transportation Workers (SMART-TD) rejected the agreement. SMART-TD is the fourth union to reject the deal, with the eight others ratifying it. The railroads and unions agreed to maintain a cooling off period to allow negotiations continue without service disruptions, but this period ends on December 8th.
