Worthington Enterprises has issued a recall on propane exchange cylinders, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. This recall affects a limited number of cylinders that are of the model number EVAS-M0859 and serial numbers and date codes specified in the CPSC notice available here. Consumers should stop using the recalled cylinders immediately and return them to any AmeriGas Propane Exchange retail location for a free replacement.
