The Propane Education Research Council (PERC) is a check-off program with a mission to expand and grow the safe use of odorized propane as a preferred energy source. PERC administers several workforce and consumer safety training program and CETP, the propane industry employee certification program. The research sponsored by PERC plays an important role in developing propane applications for use in a low carbon future.
