The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) May 1 report shows 26% of corn is planted compared to 13% planted at this same time last year. The USDA crop progress report will be included in the NPGA Bobtail until November to track progress and other environmental factors that may impact the demand for propane during harvest season.
