The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) July 31 report shows all evaluated states exhibiting doughing, with a total of 29%, which is consistent with the four-year average. 84% of the crop in evaluated states is still in the silking stage, which is slightly above the four-year average of 82%. Good to excellent corn conditions decreased by 1%, making it lower than the same week time last year. NPGA continues to track progress and other environmental factors that may impact the demand for propane during harvest season. The entire USDA crop report is available here.
