The Technology, Standards and Safety Committee (TS&S) will meet September 10 – 11 in Baltimore, MD to continue its work on developing proposals to the codes and standards that are adopted into law to regulate the propane industry. All NPGA members are welcome. Twenty-four task force groups are meeting over the course of the two-day event and several proposals are expected to be finalized for advancement to the NPGA Board of Directors. On Sunday from 4 – 6 p.m. a technical session will be held to introduce members to a new NPGA committee on renewable fuels, as well as to provide updates on NPGA’s appeal with ANSI over the restrictions placed on unvented heaters in ASHRAE 62.2.
