Transition of Operations – Preparation for Business and Culture Changes

Bottom Line: Register now for the Transition of Operations webinar.  As a follow up to the well attended Expo panel on Family-Owned Business Succession, NPGA is offering a new webinar series on succession planning. The first webinar is Thursday, October 27, 2022, at 11:00AM EST on Transition of Operations with Jeff Brunner, Director at Cetane Associates and Barrett Conway, Director at Cetane Associates.  Register here.

Whether transitioning your family business from one generation to the next or preparing your company for acquisition outside the family, transition of operations requires being ready for the process. This webinar will highlight items to prepare prior to closing the deal, discuss the impact of various acquisition types (tuck-in vs. stand-alone), and talk about how to prepare for the two cultures (two different generations or two separate company cultures) to successfully make the changeover.
