NPGA applauds Representative Langworthy (R-NY-23) and Senator Justice (R-WV) for their leadership in introducing the Energy Choice Act (H.R.3699/S.1945). This bill would prohibit states and local governments from implementing harmful bans on the use of certain types of energy, including propane. It is imperative that consumers have a choice in what kinds of energy they utilize without interference from state and local governments.
