PADD 1 experienced the largest decline in the last 10 years. RBN Energy analysis shows that U.S. propane stocks declined by 955 Mbbl, which puts stocks at 89.7 MMbbl, bringing it to 16.4 MMbbl above the same week in 2021 and 1.6 MMbbl higher than the five-year maximum.
