President/CEO Job Opening

Crystal Flash is a home and business propane marketer headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Operating for 90 years, Crystal Flash is 100% employee-owned and takes pride in safely delivering fuel to the Great Lakes region with excellence. Crystal Flash is currently searching for a President/CEO. This position is the key executive business leader responsible for shaping and executing the strategic plan and accountable for delivering the annual profit goals and long-term cash flow targets. S/he will be responsible for defining priorities/projects, allocating resources, and removing roadblocks to ensure the team has the best opportunities to achieve the long-run strategic and annual operating plan. The President will be responsible for recruiting, retaining, and organizing executives, managers, and team members across Crystal Flash to deliver results with excellent execution and adaptive agility in the competitive and regulatory marketplace. A key focus for the President will be nurturing a results-oriented, continual-learning culture for the the unique employee ownership (ESOP) environment of Crystal Flash. This role will report to the Board of Directors.
