The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) has announced $25 million available through the pipeline and hazardous materials safety grant program for projects focused on strengthening safety programs, training first responders, and improving safety. NPGA plans to submit project proposals for the (1) Community Safety and (2) Hazardous Materials Instructor Training program no later than May 05, 2023.
