As the propane industry continues to deal with worker recruitment and retention challenges, NPGA has made it easier for companies to track workforce trends and access recruitment resources. Information and data, both from a national and local perspective, about employment indicators, wages, and labor trends is now available on NPGA’s website and can be accessed from the Workforce tab. This information can be used as a benchmark and easily allow you to compare your operations to the economy around you. In addition, you will also find employment outreach information, links to state job boards, and resources to assist with the hiring and training process.
