A new white paper on the challenges of battery energy storage requirements is available on the Member Dashboard. The paper was drafted by the Dr. Tom Ortiz, NPGA’s Director of Codes & Standards. It highlights the problems that rewriting building codes to mandate electrification, including requirements for battery energy storage, create for the supply chain.
