Bottom line: NPGA celebrates National Apprenticeship Week. The U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Registered Apprenticeship Program is an industry-driven model for training technical employees. NPGA offers four types of apprenticeships; each apprentice program is registered with the DOL.
In honor of the 85th anniversary of the National Apprenticeship Act, NPGA has issued a proclamation celebrating the program. The proclamation uses a DOL template, which DOL encourages to standardize the proclamations across multiple industries.
National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) is November 14-20, 2022. As part of this celebration, NPGA will host an apprenticeship webinar on Monday, November 14, 2022 at 3:00 pm EST.
