Bottom Line: NPGA pushes for a swift resolution to rail labor disputes.
This week, the National Propane Gas Association sent a letter to President Joe Biden, key administration officials, and Congressional leadership to encourage an immediate resolution to the ongoing rail labor disputes. Class 1 carriers and labor unions remain in a cooling-off period until at least November 19, 2022. Finding a quick solution to the ongoing labor issues will bring needed assurances to the market as our industry meets customers’ needs during the harvest and heating season.
