The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) Hazardous Materials Grant Program is open. The funding program has two propane-eligible opportunities – Community Safety (CS) and Hazardous Material Instructor Training (HMIT). All state and regional executives are eligible to apply.
