Secure and harden your digital and physical infrastructure to protect your business and customers.  In light of the recent sabotage on two electrical substations in North Carolina, which left thousands of customers in the dark, we encourage members to review and, if necessary, update internal protocols for protecting physical infrastructure, such as bulk plants, and digital infrastructure, including computer systems.

To be clear, there is no specific threat against the propane industry. However, the attacks in North Carolina should serve as a reminder to everyone to take proactive steps to protect and strengthen the critical physical and digital infrastructure our industry relies on each day.
