On January 30, 2024, Ray Murray, Inc. (RMI) lost a dear member of its family. John Murray passed away peacefully at home with his wife Janet at his side. He is survived by Janet, his daughter Emily Anne and his siblings Ray and Jim Murray and Margaret Barrasso.
So many people loved John, and he had such a positive impact on everyone he knew and met. He could make everyone smile with a joke or a story, and he always had plenty of wonderful stories to share. He celebrated his 64th birthday this past New Year’s Eve and 2024 marked 42 years with RMI. RMI President & CEO Mike Hopsicker shared, “He made so many contributions to our company over the years, not the least of was being a wonderful resource to our customers and an ardent advocate for our employees! We will all miss John dearly.”
John certainly had a life well lived! A Celebration of Life will be planned for some time this spring, and RMI will share the details when available.
