On July 2, 2024, Heartland Propane hosted Rep. Sharice Davids (KS-3) at their Osawatomie, KS, facility. The Congresswoman is a member of the House Committee on Agriculture and the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. Heartland Propane employees highlighted the vitality of the propane supply chain and the industry’s contributions to energy reliability and resilience. Heartland Propane’s David Stewart, pictured above with Rep. Davids, also discussed the importance of energy choice and ensuring consumers can access the fuel and appliances that best suit their particular needs. Facility staff thanked Congresswoman Davids for supporting the propane industry and acknowledging propane’s important role in our country.
