On December 1, 2023, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) revoked 10 Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) from its list of registered devices. FMCSA revoked these ELDs due to their failure to meet the minimum requirements established in 49 CFR Part 395, subpart B, appendix A. Motor carriers and drivers must discontinue using the following ELDs and revert to paper logs or logging software to record hours of service data, and replace the following ELD models with compliant devices by January 30th, 2024.
