Expo’s Know Before You Go!

Make the most of your time at the 2025 NPGA Southeastern & International Propane Expo™ in Charlotte, NC, with these tips: 

• Before participating in any Expo activity, you must pick up your badge at the registration stations located at Concourse A/Main Entrance of the Charlotte Convention Center. You can use the new self-badge printing stations or you may go to one of the staffed desk stations. Individuals registered for an Exhibit Hall Only pass for Saturday and Sunday may pick up their badge starting on Saturday; these badges will not be issued in advance. Exhibit Hall Only pass holders may upgrade to a Full Conference & Expo pass by paying the onsite rate difference. Please allow extra time for badge pick-up on Friday, as lines are likely before the start of sessions. Registration desk hours are:

• • Thursday, April 4 from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Friday, April 5 from 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, April 6 from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, April 7 from 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Be like these guys! Please wear your badge at all times. It must be clearly visible during all education sessions, special events, and inside the Exhibit Hall. Individuals not wearing a name badge will not be admitted. And please, do not lend your badge to anyone.

• Grab a quick bite from vendors right in the Exhibit Hall on Saturday from 10 am – 4 pm. Other options in the Convention Center include Starbucks, Bojangles Famous Chicken and Biscuits, and Einstein Bros. Bagels. 
• We’re excited to be in Charlotte again and hope you make time to explore the city before or after Expo. With the NASCAR Hall of Fame, baseball, and family-friendly museums, there’s something for everybody! The Charlotte Hornets basketball team welcomes all Expo attendees to take advantage of discounted rate tickets for two games coming up on Friday night and Sunday afternoon!
