Prices varied across regions, with the East Coast averaging the highest prices ($3.624 per gallon) compared to the Midwest ($2.240 per gallon.) The national average for wholesale propane was $1.206 per gallon, up from the previous year by $0.101 per gallon. The East Coast has the highest prices, and the Gulf Coast has the lowest.
