U.S. propane/propylene stocks decreased by 0.2 million barrels last week to 74.6 million barrels as of November 12, 2021, 11.4 million barrels (13.3%) less than the five-year (2016-2020) average inventory levels for this same time of year. Gulf Coast and Midwest inventories decreased by 0.4 million barrels and 0.2 million barrels, respectively, and Rocky Mountain/West Coast inventories decreased slightly, remaining virtually unchanged. East Coast inventories increased by 0.5 million barrels.
