Please join other NPGA marketers in person at the upcoming district breakout meetings in Clearwater, FL on Tuesday, February 4. During these meetings, members share and discuss legislative or regulatory challenges and/or opportunities confronting the industry in your state. This open forum allows others within the district to learn of issues in neighboring states and share ideas and potential solutions based on their experience.
District breakout sessions will occur in person during the Marketers Section meeting . Districts will be grouped by region for the breakouts.
Also, the Marketers Section is excited to host a Fireside Chat that will discuss the role propane plays during and after hurricanes and other natural disasters with Melonie Bahr Monson of Bahr’s Propane. Melonie is also the Mayor of Zephyrhills, Florida. Brian Rolph of FirstNet, a cellular service for first responders, will talk about how the propane industry can participate in their program during natural disasters and catastrophic events. FirstNet believes in equipping first responders with reliable, unthrottled connections, devices, and solutions that allow them to access the critical information they need in an emergency without worrying about connectivity challenges. This is a unique opportunity for members to gain valuable knowledge and learn more about propane’s role in powering vital applications during natural disasters and emergencies.
We hope you can join us at the NPGA Winter Board meeting and attend the Marketers Section meeting in Clearwater, Florida. If you have questions, please contact NPGA’s Senior Manager of State Association Relations, Eric Sears.
