On November 30, 2021, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Regulation F, 12 CFR Part 1006, under the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection, went into effect. NPGA’s affinity partner A.R.M. Solutions can help NPGA members navigate the changes under the new rules. If you have any questions, please contact Milissa Lord.
