Colonial Life Expands Benefits for NPGA Members

Colonial Life is NPGA’s affinity partner for supplemental insurance and other employee benefits. Many members asked about providing health insurance for their employees at reasonable rates. In response to the requests Colonial Life received during their initial outreach in 2021, they have developed an expanded benefits offering for NPGA members. The search for affordable benefits to help address more health needs was a challenging one, but they developed plans for even the smallest companies. Colonial Life will continue to build on the program as they intentionally seek out new opportunities to do so.

Their new customized webpage for NPGA members allows for more direct access from members interested in speaking with someone from their team. On this site, members can find more and newer program materials, including a flyer developed to better explain the tiered approach of various benefits available to all size member companies. For example, the expanded package offerings for NPGA member organizations now include a low-cost 24/7 unlimited telemedicine for companies with only 5 or more employees, and similarly low-cost Unlimited Mental Health Services for companies with 11+ employees. There is even an alternative program with similar telemedicine benefits available to employers with fewer than 4 employees, so there is truly something for everyone!
