Following President Trump signing Congress’s CRA earlier this month overturning Biden-era efficiency rules, including for household water heaters, NPGA and co-plaintiffs entered into a joint voluntary dismissal of our lawsuit State of Georgia, et al. v. U.S. Department of Energy, which challenged DOE’s energy conservation standards for commercial water heaters. NPGA welcomes the administration overturning these Biden-era regulations that violate the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA) and would limit consumer access to propane appliances.
