Bottom Line: Benchmarking Council looks to the future and offers a new Cylinder Exchange Group. During the first week of November, NPGA’s Benchmarking Council met in Scottsdale, Arizona for their fall meeting. Nearly 100 members and guests attended.
The lunch sponsor, Bergquist Inc., invited Dan Smerjac from Liberty Mutual Insurance to speak about risk control practices. Later that afternoon, the sponsors, Bergquist, Rural Computer Consultants, Cetane Associates, and Tiger Payment Systems hosted a happy hour for Council members. The sponsors graciously allowed the Council to host a Scholarship Silent Auction, which raised money for NPGA’s Scholarship Foundation.
Benchmarking Chair, Chad Kroening, announced that a Cylinder Exchange Group will be added to the Council’s program. In order to join this group, you must first become a member of the Benchmarking Council. The next Benchmarking Council meeting will be March 9-10, 2023 in New Orleans, Louisiana. For any questions related to Benchmarking or the Cylinder Exchange group, please reach out to the NPGA Staff Liaison, Eric Sears.
