This summer Benchmarking groups met at various locations around the county. During their meetings members of the council discussed topics including employee retention, marketing, safety, insurance, and supply outlooks. In conjunction with their meetings, many groups took this opportunity to visit manufacturing locations, software providers, member bulk plants, and equipment providers.
NPGA’s Benchmarking Council provides opportunities for propane marketers to discuss business practices with other marketers who share similar challenges. The Council has 110 members divided among 10 groups. Each group has space for new members. Interested members can submit their contact information here and will be placed in a group that best suits your needs and avoids competitive conflict.
The next Benchmarking Council meeting will be on September 21 – 22, 2023 in Kansas City, Missouri. If you are interested in visiting or joining, please visit the registration page to attend. For more information, contact NPGA’s Eric Sears.
Thank you to the sponsors of the Benchmarking Council: Bergquist Inc., Rural Computer Consultants, Cetane Associates, Tiger Payment Systems, and One Tank.
