In September, Benchmarking Council groups met in Kansas City, Missouri. During their meetings, nearly 100 attendees discussed topics including employee retention, marketing, safety, insurance, and supply outlooks. In conjunction with their meetings, many individuals and groups took this opportunity to visit with local suppliers.
NPGA’s Benchmarking Council provides opportunities for propane marketers to discuss business practices with other marketers who share similar challenges. The Council has 110 members divided among 10 groups. Each group has space for new members. Interested members can submit their contact information here and will be placed in a group that best suits their needs and avoids competitive conflict.
The next Benchmarking Council meeting will be on March 14-15, 2024 in Houston, Texas. If you are interested in visiting or joining, please contact NPGA’s Eric Sears.
Thank you to the sponsors of the Benchmarking Council: Bergquist Inc., Rural Computer Consultants, Cetane Associates, Tiger Payment Systems, and One Tank. Twin Feathers and Alliance Energy also provided support for this event.
