I wanted to take this opportunity, at the start of the holiday—and winter-heating—season, to express my gratitude to our propane family. Your shared insights, expertise, and kindness have made this year a blessing. Thank you!
We are a large, but close-knit, group of dedicated, hard-working, family-loving professionals who provide a tremendous resource to this country. Without your daily efforts, clean, reliable, home heating would not come readily or easily to millions of our fellow Americans. Our industry has much to be thankful for and I sincerely hope your customers and community are also thankful for the energy and service you and your colleagues provide.
As I look back on this year, many of my workdays were filled with challenges and complexities, successes and failures, and above all: Pride for the work we do. But one’s profession alone does not make a woman or man. Each of us has personal achievements and misfortunes, triumphs and trip-ups, joys and hardships that run parallel to our careers. So as we enter the holiday season, I remind myself daily to treat everyone in my life with kindness, compassion, and empathy, for I do not know all with which they struggle.
I hope everyone is able to enjoy the fruits that cold weather brings, but also has a moment or two of down time next week to reflect, be thankful, refresh, recharge, and in my case, root for the Lions! May this season bring you and your loved ones peace, love, and laughter.
