Governor Tate Reeves of Mississippi executed an emergency declaration that waives hours of service requirements in response to severe weather including torrential rain, flooding, and tornadoes. The proclamation waives hours of service requirements for the areas affected by the storms. The waiver is in effect until the threat to public safety ceases.
