The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) extends the Emergency Declaration for the state of Tennessee including an Hours of Service Waiver in response to tornadoes, high winds, heavy rains, and flooding. The waiver applies to the transportation of supplies, goods, equipment, and fuel to directly assist recovery efforts. The waiver is extended until April 30, 2020.
