2014 Fall Board of Directors Meeting

NPGA's 2014 Fall Board of Directors Meeting and related Committee Meetings will take place October 26 - 28, 2014 at the Epic Hotel in Miami, Florida.

Hotel Accommodations
 
Participants are responsible for reserving their own hotel accommodations. The Epic Hotel is the headquarters hotel for the 2014 Fall Board of Directors Meeting. Please contact Epic Reservations at 1-866-760-3742 and request the National Propane Gas Association group rate. The hotel is offering participants a group rate of $229.00, plus tax for single/double occupancy. **NPGA will be sponsoring the World LP Gas Association Opening Reception. As part of your registration to the NPGA Board of Directors Meeting, you will be able to attend the Opening Reception, Monday, October 27 from 6:00pm - 7:30pm; please note this reception is in addition to the NPGA Board of Directors reception to be held on Sunday, October 26 from 5:30pm - 6:30pm. To take advantage of this unique opportunity, the NPGA Executive Committee voted to move the NPGA Board of Directors reception to Sunday for this one time only. 

WLPGA World Forum Add On Events - Discounted for NPGA Members
 
The WLPGA is offering two discounted registration packages for the World Forum to NPGA members that will be in Miami attending the Fall Board of Directors meeting. You can take advantage of either of these opportunities while registering for the NPGA Board of Directors meeting; you must register no later than September 19, 2014.  

1. Selective Package - $1450.00 USD

  • Participation at the Welcome Reception on Monday, October 27, 2014.
  • Participation at the first day of the Forum, Tuesday, October 28, 2014; this includes one lunch and two coffee breaks. 
  • Entrance to the exhibit hall for the entire Forum; this includes lunch and coffee breaks. 
  • 1 Delegate bag. 

2. Extended Week Package - $1950.00 USD

  • Participation at the Welcome Reception on Monday, October 27, 2014.
  • Participation at both Forum days; October 28 - 29, 2014. This includes two lunches and four coffee breaks. 
  • Entrance to GTC and the Global Autogas Summit on Thursday, October 30, 2014.

NOTE: If you register for any part of the WLPGA World Forum, all cancellations must be made in writing to registration@npga.org by Friday, September 12, 2014. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after Saturday, September 13, 2014.

Board Actions

Anyone having specific matters to present to the Board for action at this meeting is asked to forward written statements concerning these matters to the Executive Office at least 15 days prior to the meeting. The documentation should include any action desired, supporting data and a summart of the reasoning. The Executive Office will forward this material to the Board for advance study.
